One of the keys of creating an effective learning is in design of an impactful and thoughtfully planned follow-up.
While follow-up needs to be customized according to the goals of the training, context of the organization and the agreement with the requester of the training, we hope that this quick cheatsheet will provide you with main high-level reminders of what to keep in mind when designing a follow-up plan.
